Job Title: Event Assistant

Job Description:

At Setup Winks, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing memorable experiences for our clients. This role involves a wide range of tasks, from managing administrative details to coordinating with vendors and assisting with on-site logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of all event logistics, including timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other event staff to ensure timely deliveries and set-up.
• Provide on-site support, including registration management, guest assistance, and coordination with vendors during setup and breakdown.
• Help create and maintain event documentation, such as contracts, guest lists, and budget reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.
• Conduct post-event activities, such as gathering feedback and helping with reporting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software.
