Inventory Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeroom Supervisor to oversee the inventory management of purchased goods at our manufacturing facility. This position involves scheduling, receipt, disbursement, reorder, and inventory management of materials and supplies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the receipt and disbursement of materials as required to support manufacturing functions.
- Ensure adequate supply of all stocked items to ensure continued operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular physical inventory checks.
- Review inventory use and identify obsolete materials for removal from active inventory.
- Initiate parts reorder inquiries and generate purchase orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of general production manufacturing and inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and strong verbal and written communication skills.
