Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and financial performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of revenue cycle professionals to ensure effective execution of revenue cycle processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish budgetary and operational goals.
  • Analyze and report on revenue cycle metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting revenue cycle management.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience leading specialty RCM departments, with a track record of quality assurance leadership and mentorship. They will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in revenue cycle management, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of improving revenue cycle efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
