Dishwasher Role at Our Team

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The primary goal is to guarantee that all Guests and Team Members have access to impeccably clean and sanitized utensils, dishware, glassware, and kitchen equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
  • Deliver clean and sanitized items to Guests and Team Members in accordance with hygiene standards.
  • Ensure the availability of sanitized dishware and cooking tools as required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of dishwashing machinery on a daily basis.
  • Keep the service area and kitchen organized and sanitized throughout the shift.
  • Complete designated preparation tasks and aesthetic duties.
  • Address any dishwasher issues that arise.
  • Promptly inform the supervisor of any significant concerns and propose solutions.
  • Execute all tasks efficiently and effectively in line with company policies.
  • Foster positive relationships with fellow Team Members to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Promote a favorable image of Our Team and contribute to its overall success.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards daily.
  • Ensure Guest satisfaction through all responsibilities.
  • Adhere to proper handling and sanitation protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. frequently and bending/stooping regularly.
  • Comfortable working in a warm and humid environment.
  • Effective communication skills to convey orders clearly.
  • Adapt to noisy environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capable of engaging in physical work throughout the shift.
  • Participate in constructive communication and update meetings with relevant information.
