About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Member to join our team at Taco Cabana. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurants, providing a high-quality experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
• Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen and cooking equipment, as well as dining areas, restrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and buffers, to maintain a clean and well-maintained environment.
• Restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of the restaurant, including walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Assist with special events and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
