Job Summary: The Bowen Group - VEOCC seeks an experienced Veterans Experience Team Supervisor to lead our customer service team. This remote position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting Veterans and their families.

About the Role:
In this critical leadership position, you will oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who provide essential support for the Veterans Experience Office's White House VA Hotline contact center. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, answering escalated inquiries, and performing intake for the VA's complaint management program. Phone calls will come from a diverse range of individuals, including Veterans, their family members and/or legal representatives, the public, and VA employees.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of CSRs, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service quality and productivity.
* Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and feedback.

Requirements:
* Four years of experience in a contact center environment; one year of supervisory experience required.
* High school diploma or equivalent; military experience a plus.
* Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
