Diagnostic Nuclear Medicine Technologist

At Mission Hospital McDowell, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic Nuclear Medicine procedures and assisting physicians in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce diagnostic Nuclear Medicine procedures as ordered
  • Assist physicians or radiologists in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and expectations
  • Perform Nuclear Medicine imaging and computer manipulation and processing
  • Ensure camera quality control and radiation safety
Requirements:
  • Satisfactory completion of a two-year training program in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent
  • North Carolina state license
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
