Position Overview:

Unit Details:
M3 is recognized as the hospital's orthopedic center, having received accolades from Blue Cross Blue Shield as a center of distinction. Our primary focus is on orthopaedics, managing over one thousand total joint replacements each year. Additionally, we specialize in spine care and orthopaedic trauma.
M3 features 26 private rooms and caters to the aforementioned orthopaedic population, as well as adult acute care patients with diverse diagnoses and co-morbidities, ensuring comprehensive care in accordance with organizational and state regulations.

Work Schedule:
32 hours per week, Evenings from 3 PM to 11 PM, with every third weekend required.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state of MA in good standing is required.
- A BSN is strongly preferred; an Associate's degree in nursing may be considered with a commitment to enroll in a BSN program within one year.
- BLS certification is required.
