Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of cranes and hoists to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts and replacing worn-out components.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and structural issues on-site, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their material handling needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Document findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, using company-approved documentation tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry codes and regulations, including OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, and HMI.
- Participate in monthly safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Industrial Electrical and/or Mechanical Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year experience involving electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs., lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis, and lift up to 75 lbs. although not on a daily basis.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- Competitive salary range: $22 - $48 an hour.
