Service Technician

Dobbs Equipment is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, diagnosis, and maintenance of heavy equipment and industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and industrial machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Conduct inspections and report any defects or malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and operation
- Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
The Service Technician will work in a service shop setting and be exposed to frequently changing temperatures, wet or humid conditions, noise, vibration, fumes, odors, dust, and close proximity to moving mechanical parts.
The physical demands of this job include the ability to work using personal protective equipment, use full range of motion for back, arms, hands, and fingers, and lift or carry loads greater than 50 lbs but less than 75 lbs.
