Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities: Oversee the work of shift coordinators and personnel to meet customer, plant, and management requirements.
  • Implement Cost-Effective Systems: Develop and implement systems to control capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries.
  • Manage Capital Asset Maintenance: Ensure that all capital assets are properly maintained and repaired to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Monitor Plant Performance: Establish and monitor overall plant performance metrics to ensure that production and quality standards are met.
  • Provide Leadership and Training: Provide guidance and training to production team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have experience managing subordinate associates and overseeing production operations.
  • Skills: Must have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
