About the Role
HCA West Florida Division is seeking an experienced Surgical Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a surgical setting
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
- Board certification by an appropriate specialty board
- Active Florida license
- 1-2 years of surgical experience preferred
- No surgical first assist required
- Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekends
