About the Role

Sweetwater Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents, while also driving leasing revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Sales: Process leases, complete lease files, and ensure all corresponding paperwork is accurate. Phone and in-person sales to prospective residents and renewals.
  • Resident Relations: Maintain positive resident relations through superior service, participate in resident retention events and activities.
  • Market Research: "Shop" competitor's properties to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Assist with online marketing and outreach efforts to promote our properties and attract new residents.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in the apartment, leasing, or hospitality industry.
  • Outgoing, gregarious personality & enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales.
  • Active knowledge of online marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Must have excellent communication and people skills.
  • A passion to serve residents, parents, vendors, and colleagues.
