Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain user accounts, workstations, and laptops efficiently.
  • Work closely with IT staff to ensure systems are current and functional.
  • Assist in organizing office spaces and server rooms to enhance productivity.
  • Manage mobile devices and oversee the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA security standards across all systems.
  • Participate in the IT on-call rotation to provide support as needed.
  • Foster positive interactions with both internal and external clients.
  • Promote the effective use of resources while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications:
  • A+/Microsoft Certification or an Associate Degree in a relevant IT field.
  • Preferred experience with SharePoint and MS 365.
  • At least two years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware and Microsoft products.
