Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic services and activities to help patients maintain or improve their level of independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Physical Therapists in providing therapeutic services and activities to patients in their homes.
  • Help patients with exercises, stretches, and other activities to improve their mobility and function.
  • Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on how to manage their condition and maintain their independence.

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of California.
  • 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in home health care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
