About the Position

We're seeking a highly experienced Data Engineering Lead to join our team at NIKE. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining large-scale data systems.

In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of data platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of our business stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.

Your technical expertise should include experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Big Data. Additionally, you should have strong skills in programming languages like Python, SQL, Airflow, and Jenkins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop large-scale data systems using cloud-based technologies
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and deployment of data platforms
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Big Data
  • Excellent programming skills in languages like Python, SQL, Airflow, and Jenkins

Estimated Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year
