Job Title: Data Analysis Specialist

At Hire Talent, we are seeking a skilled Data Analysis Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating and maintaining source-to-target mapping documents, ensuring the successful flow of data from source systems to target destinations. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, data modeling, and the use of various data tools and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Create and maintain Source to Target mapping documents
    • Conduct data profiling activities to understand data content, structure, and quality
    • Develop data models to support various analytical initiatives
    • Utilize SQL, Databricks, and AWS services to develop and optimize queries, transformations, and data processes

Qualifications:
  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
    • Proven experience in data mapping, data modeling, and data profiling
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation
    • Hands-on experience with Databricks for building, optimizing, and maintaining data workflows
    • Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, RDS) for data storage, analysis, and ETL processes

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
