Corporate Payroll Specialist

Corporate Payroll Services is actively seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. This full-time position involves handling inbound customer support calls, data entry, and payroll processing for clients. If you have customer service or call center experience, this role would be an excellent fit for you.
Key Job Duties- Data entry and import of client data into our system
- Reviewing data for completeness and accuracy
- Reporting potential issues to customers
- Calculating and processing payroll-related changes
- Researching and resolving customer or system problems
- Call center experience preferred
- Strong data entry and phone-based support skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
The starting hourly rate of pay may be increased in the first 90 days by passing internal payroll certification exams administered at work. Our company also offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and LTD coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.
