We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Associate, you will work as a member of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Perform housekeeping, prepare meals, and administer medication
- Keep accurate clinical documentation

We offer a Vocational Training Program to accelerate the training, on-the-job experiential learning, and testing preparation for qualified employees to achieve the 1000 supervised hours required to complete their certification as a QMHA-I.
Work ScheduleWednesday through Friday, 11:00am - 9:30pm and Saturday 7:00am - 5:30pm (Full Time, Day & Swing)
Compensation$22.00 per hour DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
