Key Responsibilities- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for residents
- Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the direct care team to provide comprehensive support services
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds
- A competitive hourly wage of $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials
- Additional 5% language differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates
