Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Food Service Supervisor(s) and Food Service Operations Manager(s).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional guest service by following the SSA EXTRA Guest Service principles.
2. Ensure that the food service location is well-stocked, prepared, and staffed for daily operations.
3. Assist supervisors in maintaining smooth operations across all food service areas.
4. Support restaurant preparation (front of house and line) to meet daily operational needs.
5. Adhere to safety and quality standards, including food temperature logs and waste management.
6. Maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards, ensuring compliance with hand-washing and glove use.
7. Foster a safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
8. Actively respond to guest feedback and report any issues to supervisors to prevent recurrence.
9. Stay informed about menu items, pricing, and specials to effectively communicate with guests.
10. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, upholding sanitation requirements.
