Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the program and course objectives
  • Maintain a positive and effective learning environment that fosters student growth and development
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure students meet the program and course objectives
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective
Requirements
  • Minimum of four years' experience in a business management setting required, small business management experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject area is required, MBA preferred
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks business accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators
