Investor Relations Analyst Job Description

Carmel Partners, a leading real estate investment management company, is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join our San Francisco Corporate Office.

Job Summary:

The Investor Relations Analyst will support the Investor Relations team in managing investor communications, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating with various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the Investor Relations team, including IR communications management, data reconciliation, and handling ad-hoc investor requests.
  • Develop and produce marketing materials, including pitch books, PPM, DDQ, investor conference slides, and other materials.
  • Assist with responding to industry database questionnaires and managing the CRM and repository database.
  • Work closely with the IR team to respond to investor requests and manage contact information and wire instruction updates.
  • Support the planning of the annual AGM conference, Mid-Year Investor Call, and other IR-related events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience in investment management and/or the real estate industry, with a focus on investor relations or business development.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong project management and process-oriented skill set.

Carmel Partners offers a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including a base salary range of $95,000 to $100,000 and a bonus incentive.
