We are seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team at Eisenhower Health. As a key member of our patient access team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication between patients, physicians, and our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Answering Calls: Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, establishing a positive first impression with patients and physicians.
- Call Disposition: Determine the best course of action for each call, forwarding or resolving as needed.
- Communication: Collaborate with clinical staff to address concerns or questions, and communicate with patients to provide information and guidance.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments for new and return patients, reschedule as needed, and maintain accurate patient demographic information.
- Documentation: Accurately document calls and interactions in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (required for hires after July 19, 2021); Medical Career Courses (preferred).
- Experience: Medical Office or Surgery Scheduling Experience; Good EMR experience (preferred).
