Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify product availability and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution
- Generate customer reports as requested and maintain accurate documentation
- Partner with Inventory and Operations teams to research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some facilities may require a GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on English
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, with potential for heavier lifting depending on facility
