We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in the scrap metal industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients across various services, including scrap processing, industrial transport, and new steel sales.

Our industrial transport services feature a vast fleet of trailers and equipment, while our new steel sales ensure fast delivery and exceptional service. We also offer expert consultation for efficient and productive scrap metal recycling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outside Sales:
    • Identify and target potential clients for scrap processing, industrial transport, and new steel sales.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
    • Conduct on-site visits and consultations to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
  • Inside Sales:
    • Manage inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our services and products.
    • Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of scrap processing, industrial transport, and steel sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for outside sales activities.
