Compensation

Annual Earnings Potential: $85,000 at plan

Key Responsibilities
  • Surpass production benchmarks by maintaining a robust pipeline of loans.
  • Collaborate with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and insurance providers to compile and prepare all necessary documentation for underwriting.
  • Build and sustain relationships with real estate agents, banking professionals, builders, and the broader community to secure ongoing and new business opportunities.
  • Guide clients in selecting loan options that align with their financial objectives and requirements.
  • Oversee the loan process by tracking loan status, ensuring compliance with terms, and adhering to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in various loan types, including conventional, fixed/adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA, FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
  • An active NMLS Mortgage Originator License is required.
  • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is essential.
  • Familiarity with Office Suite and loan origination software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise is preferred.
