Role Overview:

Genus plc, a global leader in animal genetics, is seeking a highly motivated Invoicing Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for partnering with other departments to process invoices, verifying pricing to contracts, and calculating market-based pricing components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer invoices, coordinate contract activities related to pricing and invoicing, and ensure customer pricing agrees to the contracted terms.
  • Work with relevant parties to resolve billing issues and provide account and activity analyses on a regular and ad hoc basis.
  • Track, record, and report the status of customer royalty reports and generation of invoices.
  • Process automated and manual invoices using the company's financial database.
  • Match invoices to contracts, transfer, and delivery documents.
  • Monitor weekly shipments to ensure invoicing of all direct and indirect sales.
  • Prepare multiplier payments and approve those payments weekly.
  • Prepare monthly reports for all direct/indirect sales, semen, and royalties.
  • Provide monthly accruals for royalties to finance.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or 2 years of experience in processing customer invoices.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience communicating information to others with attention to detail and accuracy in an organized and concise manner.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics.
