This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on enhancing processes and tackling complex challenges. You will be a decisive leader, understanding the broader consequences of your choices and their potential effects on the organization.

As part of a committed team, you will spearhead the international tax strategy, engaging in various business initiatives, particularly in providing insights on new global market entries, mergers, and the assimilation of acquired entities.

In your capacity as the Global Tax Strategy Leader, you will facilitate M&A support during due diligence phases, offering guidance on post-acquisition integration.

Key Qualifications:
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CTA) with a background in international taxation

  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels

  • Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in dealings with major UK retailers
  • Prior exposure to mergers and acquisitions
  • Experience in establishing tax frameworks for new business locations
