Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Family Office Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and ensuring that all client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze client financial data, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise information about their financial situation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure that all client needs are met, and that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum three years of experience in accounting or a related field, providing client services in personal tax, family office, or related areas.
  • Skills: Outstanding attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive and professional demeanor, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Physical Requirements

  • Onsite Work: This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Background Investigation: Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
  • Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Employment Eligibility: Must be willing to execute Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
