Phlebotomist Specialist

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples from patients in a clinical setting.

• Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, including straight needles and butterfly needles.
• Label and store specimens according to established procedures.
• Process urine samples and record maintenance data and decontamination.
• Update patient information and maintain accurate records.
• Answer telephone calls and read laboratory results to satisfy inquiries.

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of experience in a related field.

• Competitive pay rate: $20/hr to $20.50/hr.
