Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples from patients in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, including straight needles and butterfly needles.
- Label and store specimens according to established procedures.
- Process urine samples and record maintenance data and decontamination.
- Update patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Answer telephone calls and read laboratory results to satisfy inquiries.
- Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Competitive pay rate: $20/hr to $20.50/hr.
