The Family Health Centers is looking for a dedicated Phlebotomist to provide essential services across various locations.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood samples via venipuncture or capillary methods, as well as sterile urine specimens.
- Conduct waived laboratory tests and perform daily quality assurance checks.
Education:
- Phlebotomist certification is required.
- Experience of three to six months in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred, with AllScripts being a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations.
- Exceptional professionalism and communication abilities.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of CLIA and OSHA standards.
This position requires availability from Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
Compensation and BenefitsJob Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $17.80 per hour

This role is situated within an outpatient healthcare setting.
Education and Experience Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
