We are seeking an experienced Epidemiology and Quality Improvement Lead to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. This role will be responsible for analyzing data and identifying opportunities for improvement in our infection prevention program.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in an acute care or post-acute care setting, with a strong background in epidemiology and quality improvement. Board Certified Infection Control (CIC) certification is required within 2 years of hire.

This position comes with a competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
