Nursing Team Lead Position at Rutland Regional Medical Center

At Rutland Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Nursing Team Lead to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to assume leadership responsibilities and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing guidance and support to nursing staff, and ensuring seamless communication with other departments.
  • With a strong focus on quality patient care, this individual will be instrumental in promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.

Requirements:

  • A graduate of an approved school of nursing with evidence of enrollment in a BSN program.
  • Two years of clinical experience, preferably in a leadership capacity, is highly desirable.
  • Licensure in the State of Vermont and BLS certification through American Heart Association are essential.
  • Additional certifications such as ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC, and endorsed patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program certification may be required depending on department-specific guidelines.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clinical nursing skills with the ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an annual salary range of $71,000 - $114,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
