As the Senior Anesthesiology Medical Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and mentoring a team of talented anesthesiologists and CRNAs.

Key Highlights:
- A competitive annual base salary of $500,000, plus additional earning potential
- A Quality Performance Incentive of $15,000/year
