We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist Assistant to join our team in Hampton, VA.

The estimated salary for this position is **$120,000 - $180,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an Anesthesiologist Assistant at ICON MEDICAL NETWORK, you will be responsible for assisting anesthesiologists in the administration of anesthesia and patient care. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting anesthesiologists in pre-anesthesia assessments and patient evaluations
  • Obtaining and verifying patient consent
  • Discussing anesthetic options and risks with patients
  • Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring patient physiological conditions
  • Performing clinical interventions as needed

You will work closely with our team of anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Virginia license to practice as a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Experience working in anesthesiology or a related field
