Compensation:

$10 Hour + Tips

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly address and fulfill all guest inquiries and requests, consulting the F&B Manager as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate guest feedback and any challenges to the Catering and Events Manager.
  • Confirm with the Banquet Captain that the event space meets their expectations.
  • Delegate side-work and cleanup tasks to banquet service staff.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of tableware and serving equipment to minimize breakage.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards and maintain equipment and work areas in excellent condition.
  • Inspect all banquet rooms daily and report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department.
  • Immediately report any suspicious activities or hazardous conditions.
  • Participate in all mandatory meetings as required.
  • Assist in meetings with the Maintenance Department as necessary.
  • Relay any changes in guest requests to the Banquet Captain and F&B Manager.
  • Attend all required meetings when assigned.
  • Ensure all equipment is kept in clean, working order.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Banquet/Event or Hospitality preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Prior banquet experience is essential.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and/or holidays.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA.
