Appliance Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at D3S Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential appliances, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining our company vans and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and freezers
- Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information
- Provide timely and professional customer service
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vans
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- 2 years of experience as an in-home service provider
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer skills and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Van, gas card, and uniforms provided
- Paid holidays

As a full-time Appliance Repair Technician, you will work Monday to Friday, with opportunities for bonus pay, commission pay, and tips. You will be working on the road, visiting customers in their homes to diagnose and repair appliances.
