Neonatal Care Specialist

Job Summary:
Lyle Health is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a Monday-Friday, day shift position. As a critical care newborn specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to newborns in the ICU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to critical care newborns in the ICU
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure and NP certification
- Previous experience in NICU or critical care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
