Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This role will provide comprehensive support to our leadership team, requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
About the RoleAs an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments with consideration for executive priorities and responsibilities
- Coordinating events and resolving conflicts using knowledge of executive roles and preferences
- Disseminating executive calendars to staff and liaising with senior executives to ensure seamless integration
- Prioritizing unscheduled demands and determining issues that require executive attention
- Composing correspondence on behalf of senior executives and tracking ongoing projects and initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and some team interaction
