Job Title: Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer with a strong background in cloud computing and cross-platform experience in AWS. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop cloud-native applications using Azure services and demonstrate experience in managing cloud-based projects, including AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, App Services, and AKS.
  • Collaborate in multi-cloud strategies, ensuring interoperability between Azure and AWS.
  • Manage cloud migrations and infrastructure deployments across Azure and AWS environments.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and AWS Code Pipeline in alignment with recommended designs.
  • Optimize cloud applications for performance, cost, and security, while managing resources across both platforms.
  • Implement and enforce cloud security best practices for multi-cloud solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud computing with a primary focus on Azure and secondary experience in AWS.
  • Experience in designing and implementing multi-cloud environments.
  • Strong expertise in Azure services(Azure DevOps, AKS, App Services, CI/CD, Data Factory).
  • Azure Development experience using ASP.NET, C# (Web App, Azure Storage, Azure Function, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic App, Key Vault, Azure SQL Server etc).
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
  • Proficiency in Terraform, ARM templates, and Cloud Formation for cloud automation.
  • Programming proficiency in Python, C#, or Blazor.
  • Blazor: Any version is fine.
  • .NET 8 (or at least 7/6/5).
  • C# 13 (or at least 12/11/10).
  • Deep understanding of networking, security, and cloud governance.
  • Visual Studio, VS Code.
  • Problem solving skills and critical thinking.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or AWS Certified Developer.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud strategies and cross-cloud security.
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and multi-cloud deployment strategies.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration in both Azure and AWS.
  • Familiarity with modern application development styles like Restful Architecture, Multi tier Architecture, Design Patterns, Domain Driven Design, Microservice.
