About the Job

The Nursing Care Coordinator provides patient care activities and accommodative services for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. This role involves performing patient care activities in accordance with physicians' orders and approved patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing designated and specified patient care to assigned patients.
  • Recording graphics, intake and output, and ADL's in the computer and flow sheet accurately.
  • Instituting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a patient's condition and/or prevent complications.
  • Communicating and interacting effectively with patients and their families.
