We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant III, you will provide professional and administrative support to the Vice President/CIO and the Leadership Team.

Job Summary:

This is a critical role that requires the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with accurate results. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President/CIO and the Leadership Team
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Manage calendars and schedules
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support
