About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery for multiple projects at varying stages of design and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, develop design criteria, and communicate priorities to the project team.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and estimates.
  • Design and Construction
    • Produce construction documents with an established team of experienced technical professionals.
    • Conduct detailed reviews of multiple projects at different stages of design.
  • Construction Administration
    • Coordinate design efforts with public and private stakeholders.
    • Provide construction administration services, such as reviewing submittals/shop drawings, change order requests, and addressing field inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
    • Minimum of 4 years of design experience (8+ years preferred).
  • Professional Qualifications
    • Professional Engineer registration (Preferably in NE or IA).
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
    • Strong business acumen in project planning and management preferred.
