The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of growing sales revenue. You will be responsible for leading a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve established sales growth, dealer growth, and business unit objectives. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing regional sales growth plans based on METUS corporate initiatives, market analysis, and business unit objectives.

Salary: $104,000 - $143,000 per year

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans, as well as 401(k) enrollment and paid time off. Our total compensation package includes commissions of 30% of total compensation calculated as achievement against annual revenue targets, incentive compensation, and discretionary awards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B.A/B.S. in business or related field
