Job Description:
We are seeking an Insurance Claim Professional to join our team at Arbella Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns related to claims, communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders, and performing various claim tasks. You will also contribute to a positive team atmosphere and promote Arbella's core values.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers by responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with customers, agents, third parties and vendors across multiple communication channels.
  • Research and analyze claim activity to identify solutions to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Perform claim tasks including ordering appraisals and establishing lines of communication between customers and their adjuster.
Requirements:
  • Some work experience in a customer service environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data entry proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
$25-$30 per hour, depending on skills and work experience.
