About the Job

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Program Instructor to lead our Pre-K Program. As a Program Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, physical, and intellectual development in children.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum and activities that meet the needs of children and families
  • Supervise and engage with children in a variety of recreational activities
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience working with preschool-age children in a structured or supervised program
  • Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification within two weeks of employment
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a fingerprint and/or background clearance
