About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Securian Financial Group as a Sales Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing relationships with key distribution partners, decision makers, and internal operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • Growth Planning: Develop and execute effective growth plans to drive sales and revenue growth in the financial institution market.
  • Distribution Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partners by providing value-added sales strategies and support.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support and training to existing and prospective distribution partners to ensure successful solicitation of new Securian business.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal associates to articulate client and distributor needs and direct the completion of Securian product proposals and marketing plans.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Sales Experience: 3 + years of sales experience focused on driving new sales and meeting sales goals.
  • Leadership and Relationship Building: Strong initiative and leadership in building relationships, identifying issues, and working proactively to meet client and business needs.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an ever-changing environment.

Benefits

Compensation

The estimated base pay range for this job is $80K - $125K. Pay may vary depending on individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. This job may also be eligible for a performance-based incentive program.
