Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute automation strategies for Windows operating systems
  • Offer specialized knowledge in Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Virtual Machines
  • Oversee the security and administration of Windows servers and workstations
  • Troubleshoot intricate technical challenges and work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Be available for on-call support as part of a rotating schedule

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in configuring Windows operating systems and applications
  • Expertise in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and SCCM
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting various software applications
  • Ability to document operational processes effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field along with professional experience
  • Microsoft certifications and familiarity with scripting and ITIL practices
  • Understanding of SAN or network storage management

Security Clearance:

  • Possession of DOD Secret clearance and capability to secure agency suitability clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Capacity to operate in an office setting and manage IT equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Adaptable work schedule with potential on-call responsibilities
