Garden Remedies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cannabis Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and cannabis knowledge to our patients and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level boutique customer service that consistently exceeds customers' expectations.
  • Accurately utilize the Point of Sale system, inventory management, and the MA state databases.
  • Follow and execute compliant practices adhering to state regulations and GRI's standard operating procedures.
  • Promote a positive, customer-service oriented, and education-based work environment.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry and GRI's products.
  • Engage with consumers to better understand their desired experience and make informed product recommendations.
  • Remain knowledgeable of GRI's product inventory and explain the benefits of specific products and titration methods.
  • Maintain a level of intellectual curiosity regarding cannabis medicine.
  • Practice fine dining-level customer service by providing extraordinary attention to customers' needs.
  • Practice empathetic client care using active listening, eye contact, welcoming body language, and a warm tone of voice.
  • Be knowledgeable about MA compliance and reporting regulations and how it relates to customer purchasing limits.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised store environment.
  • Acknowledge any inventory issues and properly report them to management.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Has cannabis knowledge and is up to date on current trends in the industry.
  • Three years' retail experience in a team environment.
  • Familiar with online databases, Point-of-Sale inventory, and cash management.
  • Ability to creatively cultivate long-term customer relationships and maintain a positive attitude in a high-traffic retail environment.
  • Fun attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Intellectual curiosity specifically regarding cannabis medicine.
